Questions about print area, colour counts, artwork requirements, quantity breaks or an in-hands date are best sent by email with the artwork attached — that way we can look at the file before we answer. If you have a deadline, tell us the date you need the goods in hand rather than the date you want them shipped.

What to include in an enquiry

• The article you are asking about, and the quantity you have in mind
• Your artwork — vector where possible
• How many print colours, and whether you need one side or two
• Preferred body colour or colours
• Your in-hands date and the delivery ZIP code
• Whether the delivery address is commercial or residential
